Place book on Amazon and Barnes and Noble
LightningSource will list your book for $120 on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble. It will take about 2 days before your account is opened and you can upload the .pdf version of your book.
My inside secret is to not put your book on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. The reason is that when I sell a book on either online store, they send me $22.05 of the $24.95 sales price.
